Each Volvo P1800 Cyan project begins with a standard Volvo P1800 that is restored and modified by Cyan Racing on behalf of the client.
The starting point can be a car owned by the client or sourced for the client by Cyan Racing. The car keeps its original identity and is registered as a modified vehicle.
Each assignment to restore and modify a Volvo P1800 Cyan starts with a dialogue between you, the client, and us here at Cyan. We want you to be involved in the entire process of tailoring the car to ensure the final result truly fits your desires and preferences.
The Volvo P1800 Cyan is the result of hundreds of engineering and design decisions. We have developed the car to what we feel best represents our philosophy on how a sports car from the sixties, merged with modern day performance, should be.
This does not however close the door to alternatives.
We have worked through a vast number of beautiful interior and exterior design combinations, road versus track inclined chassis, drivetrain setups and more during the development process. There is a wide array of available alternatives, meaning that each vehicle can be individually tailored.
The lead time and pricing is dependent on the outcome of the dialogue between the client and Cyan. The estimated time of restoring and modifying a client’s donor car into an individually tailored Volvo P1800 Cyan is 12-18 months.
